Liberal anti-gun organizations are always working to curtail our Second Amendment rights. With the 2020 elections on the horizon, Everytown for Gun Safety is stepping up their game to try and get its message across. The group plans to spend $60 million throughout the year to attack President Trump and other pro-gun politicians.
ICYMI: Everytown for Gun Safety will spend $60 million in the 2020 elections, nearly double what the NRA spent in the last presidential contest. 🙌https://t.co/RhUjZfvIF6

Everytown for Gun Safety is able to afford all this because it was co-founded by billionaire and DNC candidate Michael Bloomberg. Bloomberg has already implemented a massive spending strategy to influence the 2020 presidential election. Whether that strategy will win him the election — or even the DNC nomination — remains to be seen.
While the anti-gun group touts their available resources, the National Rifle Association (NRA) seems to remain unmoved by the gun safety organization. Amy Hunter, NRA spokeswoman, addressed this group’s activities in a recent statement.
“The NRA will be very active in 2020, as we are in every election cycle. Unlike Michael Bloomberg, the NRA won’t be pouring billions into the radical groups that are conspiring to steal freedom from other Americans. Our activities in 2020 will be smart, strategic, and reflective of the passion of our members, who turn out to vote. Our opponents cannot say the same.”
Everytown for Gun Safety may have more money to throw around for its cause, but the NRA is prepared to be more decisive and targeted with its efforts.
