Now that the midterm elections are a few days away, voters in many states have begun mailing in their ballots while others head to the polls early. But, as many nationwide campaigns make their last ditch effort to appeal to voters, one billionaire donor is pumping millions of dollars into the left’s campaigns.
POLITICO reported on October 26 that former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg gave $10 million to the House Majority PAC.

Marc La Vorgna, A spokesperson for the billionaire, said that Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Bloomberg have had a longtime friendship and wanted to help Nancy and the Democrats in a last-minute effort to help the blue team win the elections.
It’s been reported that this has happened before when Bloomberg has given out large sums of money. However, the former NYC Mayor has already previously given $11 million to the PAC. Abby Curran Horrell, the House Majority PAC executive director, is grateful for the help and a few other Democratic candidates who also received support this season.
According to POLITICO, Nancy Pelosi has said that Bloomberg has been a critical resource for Democrats to push their agendas.
News outlets have reported that Bloomberg has supported other causes as well. Over the last month, he’s invested up to $30 million in support of Proposition 31, which would help end the sale of candy-flavored tobacco in California.
