Earlier this week, President Trump held a rally at Winston-Salem, where something shocking happened. In fact, it was so shocking and unique that not one person has come forward to say they had ever seen anything like it before. It exposed a love affair of Trump’s… but not in the way the people who hate our president wish it would have.

America is on fire. People are getting assaulted as they try to sit and eat dinner. Blatant lies spread as fast as the California and Oregon wildfires across social media. Homes are lost. Doors of once-thriving businesses are closed forever. And yet, the energy of Trump supporters across the nation is undiminished and may be the one thing that humbles our president to his core.
At one point during the Winston-Salem Trump rally, the president was expressing how common it was for his supporters to be so energized.
“People love our country,” he said. “They love our country.”
The president then began to go on with his speech. But all around him, the momentum was building. His own words were drowned out by the crowd, not chanting the usual “USA! USA!” but instead, speaking directly to the president himself.
“We love you! We love you!” emanated over and over, making our confident president step away from the podium and humbly absorb the love being aimed directly at him.
President Trump has been portrayed as everything from a corrupt businessman to a womanizer of the worst kind. But an information movement revealed that Americans have every reason to love their president, and they do. Donald J. Trump isn’t having a love affair with a woman, but with the patriots of America.
Love for Survival
How does this apply to survival? It may be the most important ingredient of all, according to some scholars.
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” ~ Martin Luther King Jr.
By simply comparing rallies, it’s easy to gauge which candidate generates energy and which drains it. Biden’s rallies are minuscule, lacking in any sort of enthusiasm and completely devoid of emotion. Trump’s are overflowing with energy, colorful, exciting and inspiring.
But it isn’t just about rallies and the president. The psychic power of love and peace is well documented, and even measured. For instance, in one study by the Rand Corporation, meditations held over a 3-year period were documented to have decreased terrorism by 72% and international conflict by 32%.
You can survive without love, but can you thrive? When it comes to living, it pays to use every advantage. Test it for yourself. Say something kind to someone or even think kind thoughts about them, and of yourself. If your goal is to survive on your skills, it would be a harsh mistake to avoid using this one element that isn’t just quite possibly the most powerful one, but one which costs you nothing but effort.
“Love is the most universal, the most tremendous, and the most mystical of cosmic forces. Love is the primal and universal psychic energy. Love is a sacred reserve of energy; it is like the blood of a spiritual revolution.” ~Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
