Dems Go on Offensive After Biden Pick

Joe Biden has finally made a decision on who his running mate will be. Power-hungry Democrats look to set the standards of this race. It’s almost like this is what they had planned… like they knew who the VP pick would be and were ready ahead of time.

If you’ve watched CNN or MSNBC in the past few years, you’ve likely noticed that major media outlets are already pretty left-leaning. Apparently that’s not enough for the Democratic Party, as they set rules as to how media outlets cover the Biden/Harris campaign. Anything they deem as “unfair” will be labeled as racist or sexist, which works perfectly for them as Biden’s VP pick Kamala Harris is the first black woman to be selected for vice president.

In the letter, it goes over how the media should approach their coverage of the Biden/Harris campaign, including avoid using photos of Harris looking angry, as well as avoiding commentary on her looks, ambition, relationships, and her likability. The group went on to warn against the reporting of the heritage of black women or women of color.

The letter concludes with a statement warning media agencies that the group intends to independently and collectively monitor any and all coverage of the Biden/Harris campaign, with the intention to call out any racism or sexism they see. The group even went as far as to offer consultation to the media outlets that may struggle with these guidelines or dictations.

The women from the letter, all of whom are Democrat, include:

  • Valerie Jarratt, former Obama White House senior advisor
  • Cecile Richards, former Planned Parenthood president
  • Alexis McGill Johnson, acting Planned Parenthood president
  • Ilyse Hogan, NARAL president
  • Christina Reynolds, member of abortion advocacy group EMILY’s List
  • Tina Tchen, Michelle Obama’s former aide
